Profutura
A new visual arts project, a group amateur exhibition of a competitive nature, was launched in 2007 under the name Profutura with the aim of presenting a broader panorama of amateur visual creativity. From year to year, the exhibition arouses increasing interest among both amateur artists and visitors. The works are selected through an open call, regardless of medium/technique or theme, and the jury, in addition to the initial selection, also chooses the awarded artist. The prize is a solo exhibition (Mala galerija).
During the exhibition opening, an audience vote is organised; the audience has the opportunity to choose its own winner, who receives the sponsor’s prize.
