Preparatory Music Class
In September, the Poreč Public Open University enrols children in the preparatory course for first- and second-grade primary school pupils applying to music school. Children aged 7 to 9 can enrol in the Preparatory Music Class.
The goal of this course is to spark a child’s interest in music, develop a desire to participate in musical activities such as singing, playing instruments, and listening to music, enrich their emotional experience of music, nurture and cultivate vocal abilities, encourage intonation accuracy through correct breathing and clear diction, and develop musical hearing and memory.
Participants will have the opportunity to show their potential, and each child will receive appropriate guidance for further development. They will be introduced to various musical instruments and attend concerts at the Poreč School of Arts.
