TEACHING ASSISTANT
The programme can be attended free of charge using an HZZ (Croatian Employment Service) voucher, for both employed and unemployed participants!
The education programme for obtaining a partial qualification as a Teaching Assistant is delivered through 250 hours of regular instruction, with the possibility of attending the theoretical part of the programme (guided learning and teaching process) online via live streaming, using virtual learning applications.
The learning outcomes are achieved through 90 hours of guided learning and teaching, 122 hours of work-based learning, and 38 hours of independent activities by participants.
Work-based learning includes solving problem situations and carrying out specific work tasks, partly in simulated conditions and, to a significantly greater extent, in real-life conditions – at a school. Participants are encouraged to develop independence and responsibility in carrying out work tasks, as well as collaborative relationships with other participants involved in joint activities.
Completed four-year secondary school education.
IMPORTANT: To use the voucher for free education, participants must already be employed as a Teaching Assistant.
