Poreč Open University Now Enrolling for Adult Education Courses and Programmes
Poreč Open University has opened enrolment for a new season of courses, workshops and adult education programmes, offering citizens an opportunity to pursue personal and professional development. Designed to suit a wide range of ages and interests, the programmes enable participants to acquire new skills, refresh existing knowledge and prepare for new professional challenges.
In addition to vocational training programmes and foreign language courses, Poreč Open University offers a variety of creative workshops for leisure time, giving participants the opportunity to grow and develop on a personal level as well. All programmes are designed to meet the needs of the labour market, with the aim of helping participants achieve their professional goals.
For those looking to enhance their qualifications at no additional cost, selected programmes are available free of charge through vouchers provided by the Croatian Employment Service.

NOTICE TO PARTICIPANTS REGARDING INFORMATION, ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS AND CLASS ORGANISATION
Dear Participants,
We hereby provide you with information regarding the procedures for obtaining information about enrolment and the delivery of educational programmes at the Poreč Open University.
All prospective candidates and participants can find detailed information about enrolment requirements on the official website of the Poreč Open University, where all relevant criteria and enrolment procedures for individual educational programmes are clearly and publicly available. Information can also be obtained by phone at +385 52 887 216, by email at obrazovanje@poup.hr, or in person at Narodni trg 1, 52440 Poreč, on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Upon enrolment in an educational programme, participants enter into an Education Agreement with the Poreč Open University. The agreement regulates the respective rights and obligations of the University and the participant, including the conditions of participation in the programme, participants’ obligations, and the organisational and financial terms and conditions governing the delivery of classes.
The class schedule is published on the Poreč Open University website once an individual educational group has been formed and enrolment has been completed. At the same time, the schedule is also provided in the enrolment/application forms completed by participants upon registration.
The manner in which classes and examinations are delivered, including their format, schedule and organisation, is clearly presented and communicated to participants at the time of enrolment, ensuring that they are informed in a timely and comprehensive manner about all aspects of the educational process.
Online classes are conducted in real time, at the same times as regular classes. To participate in online classes, participants are required to provide, at their own arrangement, suitable technical equipment (a computer or mobile device) and a stable internet connection.
