ENROLMENT IN THE MUSIC KINDERGARTEN
Children aged 6 and up can enrol in the Music Kindergarten programme. The Music Kindergarten lasts for one school year. Through songs, rhythmic instruments and melodic percussion instruments, children enrich their musical experience while developing fine motor skills, musical memory, musical hearing and a sense of rhythm — all through play and storytelling as the main motivational tools.
The Music Kindergarten programme includes listening to classical music accompanied by an introduction and explanation, which stimulates and develops children’s imagination. A special feature of the programme is learning to recognise and identify different musical instruments by sound. This enables children to distinguish different timbres and moods, recognise melodic and rhythmic patterns, and develop their memory.
Playing Orff instruments, dancing while singing, and listening to classical music contribute to children’s development by improving concentration and memory, encouraging positive interaction when working in groups or pairs, and strengthening self-confidence. During performances, each child has the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and skills with the strong support of the group, teacher and parents.
In the Music Kindergarten classes, children are introduced to classical music, which contributes to the development of their musical taste. By listening to high-quality musical works, children discover a special world and begin to recognise beauty in music. Their imagination and emotions are stimulated, while their musical hearing and appreciation develop.
As a result of the programme, your child will develop singing skills, the ability to memorise musical phrases, melodies and lyrics, a sense of ensemble playing, positive interpersonal relationships and teamwork, while actively contributing to a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Price: €35.00 per month / €280.00 for the entire school year
