Programmes for acquiring partial qualifications and micro-qualifications (training and upskilling) may be delivered only in institutions that hold an operating license issued by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports.

The programmes are delivered by professionally and pedagogically qualified instructors, following clearly defined teaching units and content. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate, and the acquired qualification can be entered into their work booklet.
