Dear faithful audience,
We have been spending time and having fun together on the streets and squares of Poreč for ten years now, to our mutual satisfaction. In these first ten years, we have managed to present some thirty Croatian artists and groups, six of which were local; Poreč Dolphins and USB Poreč have already become the symbol of Street Art Festival.
There is practically not a single continent which hasn't had its representative at our street festival, and some sixty different groups and artists came to Poreč from Slovenia, Italy, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Austria, France, Great Britain, Czech Republic, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Egypt, Israel, the USA, Canada, Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Mexico, Japan...
With Post Theater Company we created our first production, exclusively for the church Maria of Angels on Trg Slobode.
We have registered Poreč on the map of street festivals. We have made numerous turists and passers-by laugh, but we have also drawn the attention to Poreč on the Croatian cultural map.
Hoping that this „horrible monster“ called recession will not stop us, this year's Street Art Festival is the beginning of a new decade for all of us, both for our faithful audience and for the small but unyielding group of dilligent people from Pučko otvoreno učilište in Poreč, who have been organizing the Festival year after year.
Just as we did with all our previous festival editions, this year too, in our three festival days we'll animate the ancient town of Poreč, thrill its spirits, bring laughter and fun to passers-by, inhabitants and tourists alike, and remain in your memory as the unforgettable moment of the summer 2010.
Are you ready? We are! Ready, steady, go...

The festival S.A.F has an international character, and includes all forms of artistic expression, from music and stage performances, visual art projects to various types of street acrobatics and performances. Pučko otvoreno učilište Poreč (Public Open College Poreč) www.poup.hr is organizing the project, and it is funded by the Town of Poreč . No registration fee is required for participation in SAF – the only requirement is a quality, interesting program. After analyzing the offers received, the selector will choose the program satisfying the requirements of the published qualifying contest in terms of quality and substance. As one of the objectives of the Festival is to revive the old town core of Poreč, all venues of programs are on streets and squares in the old part of town, and anyone can participate in the Street Art Festival, regardless of age, citizenship or education.
